HSRI - is a state based marketplace under the Affordable Care Act providing assistance to the residents of Rhode Island to procure health coverage, whether through Tax Credits or Cost Sharing.  The state of Rhode Island has an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) providing assistance to customers to apply for ACA and other Health & Human Services Programs under a single platform.

Requirements: The state required expertise in creating an IT Strategy and implementation roadmap for the infrastructure development as well as the IES application. 
Solution: DoyenGC-ApON team is engaged in a multiyear security and vulnerability assessments (monthly, quarterly and yearly). As part of the project team was also engaged to create a Security Strategy and roadmap. The agencies also required guidance with Security Strategy and Compliance and the team was able to successfully provide a strategy working with the evolving system, keeping all the customer information secure and be compliant to the CMS and federal guidelines.
